I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who offers in person and online counseling.  I listen for understanding and provide challenges and instruction for growth and change. If you have experienced loss, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or stage-of-life adjustments, we can work together to build resiliency, identify values and resources, and enhance communication with others in order to help you make changes. If you have Christian beliefs that are important to you, I am able to incorporate faith-based concepts.
